Bottom discharge conveyor

Upper discharge conveyor

Upper discharge conveyor that can rotate by 270 degrees; thanks to the chute it is also possible to discharge to the bottom right.

Chopping rotor

The Teseo system is distinguished by its advanced design, which includes a chopping rotor with specially designed blades for product distribution, handling straw lengths between 8 cm and 12 cm with precision. The inclusion of an optional but highly versatile special rotor is perfectly suited to cornstalk processing, giving the system extra flexibility. This feature allows optimal management of agricultural residues, offering a solution that can be customised to specific needs. Carefully designed blades ensure precise handling of the material, contributing to high-quality results.

First in straw shredding

When using a net with a hole diameter of Ø 15 mm, the length of the fraction is 15 mm.
When using a net with a hole diameter of Ø 25 mm, the fraction length is 20-30 mm.
When using a net with a hole diameter of Ø 35 mm, the fraction length is 30-40 mm.
When using a net with a mesh size of 50 x 55 mm, corn stalks can be cut.
