Discharge conveyor
Discharge on the right as standard, with exhaust conveyor for the VX version. In all machines of the Ermes Series it is possible to change the discharge exhaust configuration by ordering a simple kit.
Hydraulic system
Hydraulic wired remote control as standard. Cable length 2500 mm. Optional electric remote controls.
DG device weighing system
DG device weighing system. 3 weighing cells enable high weighing precision and less weight movement. The FIVE control unit has 50 recipes and 20 components.
Mixing system with central lower auger
The mixing system features a central lower auger equipped with boron steel knives and a shorter upper auger. This configuration makes for a mixing process that ensures a soft and uniform consistency of the material. The use of boron-steel knives in the lower auger ensures the strength and durability of the system, while the reduced length of the upper auger is optimised for gentler mixing. Together, these features make the system suitable for effective and homogeneous mixing of components, contributing to the quality of the overall mixing process.
New high-powered milling cutter
The new high-powered milling cutter, available only for Ermes VX, the result of an in-depth study of the blade arrangement, is distinguished by its ability to de-silo products without compromising their structure. Thanks to the optimised blade arrangement, the machine removes seeds or cores efficiently, preserving the quality of the base material. Not altering the product’s structure is essential to keep its texture, flavour and nutritional properties intact. This milling cutter represents a significant advancement in processing technology, guaranteeing high-quality results, especially for delicate or high-quality materials.

The Ermes series adopts a mixing system with a single horizontal cutting blade auger equipped with circular knives and counter-knives. The auger is driven via a planetary gearbox. This type of machine is specifically designed to work on silage products, but is also capable of processing long-fibre bulk products.
