Fast product distribution
Product distribution takes only a few minutes thanks to the large discharge door fitted as standard on all TFR-M models on the left or right. Discharge chutes, bilateral chain or PVC conveyors with lengths are available on request.
Automatic weighing system
Automatic weighing system for precise weighing and less weight fluctuation. The control unit has 15 recipes and 15 components. Optional, PC software, wired or wireless repeater display.
Mixing system with two counter-rotating augers
The TFR-M model is equipped with a mixing system featuring two counter-rotating augers equipped with knives made of durable boron steel. This configuration makes for gentle and even mixing, while ensuring the fibres are cut cleanly and fast. Thanks to the advanced features of the counter-rotating augers, the mixing process is particularly efficient, ensuring an even distribution of the ingredients. The boron steel knives contribute to a precise cut of the fibres, optimising the overall quality of the final product.
Mixing system with mixing shaft
The RX model features a mixing system with a robust mixing shaft with diameter options of Ø 900 or Ø 1100 mm, both equipped with high-quality boron steel knives. This configuration guarantees gentle and even mixing, emphasising the quality of the resulting mixture. The use of boron steel knives not only promotes a clean and precise cut of the fibres, but also ensures superior durability and resistance to corrosive agents. The presence of a mixing shaft of this diameter further amplifies the efficiency of the process, making for greater mixing capacity. The combination of these features promotes fast and reliable production with optimal mixing results.
