WORLD NEWS - OIL FREE
THE RBS EU WORLD NEWS

Always oriented to the study of solutions, that can make the machinery more efficient, the research and development division of the company RBS EU of the brothers Simone and Fabrizio Rubes has relied on collaboration of the Eng. Giorgio Tomaselli, already well-known as specialist in the field of technological and innovations industry, to develop an worldwide innovation.

Advantages of the OIL FREE system compared to traditional hydraulic system:

Discover the 7 wonderful by ECO POWER SYSTEM:

No pump or oil tank;
No maintenance;
No contamination;
Greater efficiency;
Output power, as needed;
Consumption of the distribution system reduced to a tenth;
Lower noise.

Ecological engine:

OIL FREE – Eco Power System is the first series of mixer wagons completely oil-free, no more hydraulic pumps, tanks, pipes, distributors, valves, filters, motors and hydraulic jacks.

Simplicity and functionality are the secret:

At the base of OIL FREE there is only an electric system, operated by a remote control, that replaces all those components, which in the classic hydraulic machines are indispensable for distributing the unifeed in the manger.The innovative solution conceived by RBS EU provides that the PTO shaft of the tractor is connected only to the augers or rotors, making the machine easier and reducing the power demand of about one tenth in comparison to the hydraulic systems. An example? 4 KW become 0.4 KW.

No more Oil leak:

In this way, it is no longer necessary to periodically replace fittings, hydraulic pipes and filters. The same oil leaks within the farm will be a distant memory.

Increased longevity of the wagon:

The OIL FREE system also increases the life of the machine, without any maintenance, thanks to the electric system.

When we talk about agriculture, the reference is a type of machine usually undergoes to environmental and working conditions often unfavorable.
In particular, the variables involved are worse for the machinery working inside the farm, where dust and ammonia make the environment particularly hostile.
Just think of the straw choppers or unifeed mixer wagons.
If we look at the classic hydraulic machines for food preparation, there are two main phases: preparation and distribution.
On one side, the preparation is carried out by augers or rotors driven through the PTO shaft, with gear boxes for the speed regulation.
On the other side , the distribution phase is the most complicated aspect: the simple working of a discharge requires motors and hydraulic cylinders, often powered by hydraulic pumps with complicated connections to the PTO shaft.
During the food distribution, these machines come in direct contact with the areas of animal feed and the presence of oil entails the risk of a possible and extremely serious contamination of the environments.
We add to this the current model of modern breeding , which requires increasing attention and precision in the feeding suministracion , with the consequent need, of machineries easier to handle, with the perspective of optimizing the comfort of use.
To meet these needs , the market has always presented electric – hydraulic machines or more precisely hydraulic distributors with electrically controlled valves , which further increase the complexity and
possibility of breakage.
